I'm a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and herbalist, trained at Bastyr University, with a focus on integrative, evidence based care.
Whole-Person Approach
A fundamental philosophy and approach rooted in Naturopathic care. I work with a small number of clients who are looking for thoughtful, whole-person support.
Who I Work With
Life with Type-1
Support beyond 15-minute office visits from someone who truly understands what daily management feels like.
Type-1 & Pregnancy
Women seeking ongoing support throughout pregnancy, birth planning, or even a natural/home birth.
Gestational Diabetes
Recently diagnosed with gestational diabetes and feel overwhelmed, confused, or anxious about how to manage it safely.
How I Can Support You
My work is highly personalized and grounded in both naturopathic medicine and real-life experience. Together, we’ll build a plan that fits your life, not the other way around.
My role is not to replace your endocrinologist or primary care provider, but to support and complement your existing care with additional time, attention, and perspective.
